Interesting recipe. So you know, it is NOT sour dough when you add yeast to it. Sour dough is a bacterial culture. Yeast is a fungus, and not bacterial. So when you use yeast, you ought not call it a sour dough. Like the idea. I will try to do this with a real sour dough recipe. Thanks.
